• The student is entitled to receive a 50% refund of the total amount in case the cancellation request is made between 1stto 2ndweek of course enrollment.

Refund policy for any self -paced course including TBL Course, Coding Boot camp offline Course shall be made as stated under:

• The student is entitled to receive a 100% refund of the total amount in case the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of course enrollment.
• The student is entitled to receive a 100% refund of the total amount in case the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of course enrollment.

III. REFUND GUIDELINES FOR PROJECT POLICY

• The student is entitled to either replace the buy or learn plan with other equivalent amount or the plan with higher amount within 6 hours of purchase made for the same.
• Under any circumstances the user is not allowed to replace the purchased ‘LEARN” project wherein the user has finished the learning project within 6 hours of purchase and demands for new learning project request.
• In case the user desires to learn the replaced project the user shall pay for the replaced project’s amount specified on platform.

• The user is entitled to receive a 100% refund of the total amount in case the cancellation request for the project order is made within 24hours.
• The user is entitled to receive a 100% refund of the total amount in case the cancellation request for the project order is made between 24hours to 1 week.

V. REFUND GUIDELINES FOR WRITING SERVICES

• The user is entitled to receive a 100% refund of the total amount in case the cancellation request is made within 24hours for the writing services mentioned on platform.
• The user is entitled to receive a 50% refund of the total amount in case the cancellation request is made between 24 to 48 hours for the writing services mentioned on platform.

VI. PROCESSING OF REFUND

• All refund request made under this platform shall be processed within 15 working days of cancellation and shall be transferred to the bank account.
• In case the Company fails to provide the refund within 15 working days, user can raise a ticket for the issue of refund Company shall resolve the issue within 24 hours.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
