What are the cancellation and refund policies on Learninbox?

Learninbox has clear policies to ensure a fair and professional experience:

  • Cancellation Policy (Mentors):
    • Mentors should cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent cancellations may impact your rating.
  • Cancellation Policy (Learners):
    • Learners can cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded.
  • Refund Requests:
    • If a learner feels a session didn't meet their expectations, they can request a refund. The Learninbox team will review each case to determine whether a refund is warranted.

What are Learninbox's guidelines for mentor behavior?

To maintain a professional and respectful environment, Learninbox has the following code of conduct for mentors:

  • Respectful Communication: Always treat learners with respect and maintain professional communication.
  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Repeated lateness or no-shows may affect your ratings.
  • Inappropriate Behavior: Offensive language, inappropriate conduct, or harassment is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Confidentiality: Do not share any personal information or discussions outside the platform. All interactions should remain confidential.
