Learninbox has clear policies to ensure a fair and professional experience:
Cancellation policy (Tutors):
Tutors should cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent cancellations may impact your rating.
Cancellation policy (Learners):
Learners can cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded.
Refund requests:
If a learner feels a session didn't meet their expectations, they can request a refund. The Learninbox team will review each case to determine whether a refund is warranted.

What are Learninbox's guidelines for tutor behavior?

To maintain a professional and respectful environment, Learninbox has the following code of conduct for tutors:
Respectful Communication:
Always treat learners with respect and maintain professional communication.
Punctuality:
Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Repeated lateness or no-shows may affect your ratings.
Inappropriate Behavior:
Offensive language, inappropriate conduct, or harassment is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Confidentiality:
Do not share any personal information or discussions outside the platform. All interactions should remain confidential.
