Steps to Cancel Your Subscription on Learninbox

If you wish to cancel your subscription to Learninbox, follow the steps below. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to subscription content until that time.

1. Log In to Your Account

  • Step 1: Go to the Learninbox website or open the Learninbox app.
  • Step 2: Log in to your account using your username and password.

2. Navigate to Account Settings

  • Step 1: Once logged in, click on your profile picture or username located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: From the dropdown menu, select "Account Settings" or "Settings."

3. Access the Subscription Management Section

  • Step 1: In the Account Settings menu, locate and click on "Subscriptions" or "Billing" (the name may vary depending on the interface).
  • Step 2: Here, you will see details of your active subscription, including the plan type, renewal date, and payment information.

4. Select the Cancel Subscription Option

  • Step 1: Look for an option that says "Cancel Subscription," "Manage Subscription," or something similar.
  • Step 2: Click on this option to proceed with the cancellation process.

5. Confirm Cancellation

  • Step 1: After clicking the cancel option, you may be asked to confirm your decision. The system may prompt you to provide a reason for cancellation, which is optional.
  • Step 2: Review the details of your cancellation, including the effective date, which is typically the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Check for Final Charges

  • Step 2: If you notice any unexpected charges, contact Learninbox support immediately for assistance.

8. Reactivation Option

  • Step 1: If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time before the billing cycle ends by returning to the subscription management section and selecting "Reactivate Subscription."
  • Step 2: If you reactivate after the subscription period has ended, you will need to start a new subscription, and any previous discounts or offers may no longer apply.

Important Notes:

  • Subscription Access: Even after you cancel, you will retain access to subscription content until the end of the current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: Typically, Learninbox does not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, unless otherwise specified in the terms of your subscription.
  • Auto-Renewal: If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew, and your payment method will be charged.
